Sometimes. The Bible says we need to pray for God's will to be done - not ours.
Sometimes, people think God is a cosmic bell-hop, flying around and granting wishes. That isn't God.
I can tell you this -- I praise and thank him dearly that not all my prayers have been answered. I think about past girlfriends, careers, jobs and things I have asked for! LOL!
The ones that have mattered -- healthy, provisions, family and places to worship have been answered.
God's knows best - I'm living proof.

When we pray we are talking to God! Some of that communication can and should be giving thanks for the blessings in our lives. Other times we may be asking God's advise or help with some issue. God has the option how he answers our requests otherwise there would be no need to ask. When we get an answer we are not happy with it is still true because it was the advise of the God we asked. Frequently we assume that it is God's job to grant wishes what ever they may be. When we learn his true role and develop a relationship based on his position as God we have the opportunity to be truly happy.

God does answer your prayers. It might be when you want it but he is right on time when he does.
Like another person said, it is His will to be done, not yours.
As long as you believe in, love, and have faith in God, He will never forsake you. He will always be there watching over and protecting you.
Sometimes we ask for things and He knows whats best, so if you don't get it, you should feel that it is something that was not meant for you to have OR not meant for you to have AT THIS TIME.
Don't just be a "ASKER", remember to thank Him for what He has blessed you with this far. Give thanks to Him for waking you up this morning............. you know, things like that.
stay blessed. . . . . . . . :)

it depends on what sort/type of prayer you do/want from the almighty...i eventually get answers from my prayers, but not all, hence the almighty knows best and when and where to give what to whom....have patience...its in faith and hope too...

God ALWAYS answers your prayers.
When you ask for something and it happens, that is God saying yes.
When you ask for something and it doesn't happen, that is God saying no.
See, God ALWAYS answers your prayers.
