Mushroom is a kind of fungus.It is under microbiology.There are many kinds of edible mushrooms,like abolone,shitake,osyter,button,straw and so on.Some can only cultivate below 20 degree C e.g.shitake,botton,some must above 20 degree C.
Are you ready to cultivate ? Market is the most importance factor.To cultivate is easy ,to market is another thing.If large quantity,you have to send for canning or preserve.
There are a lot of books about cultivation of mushroom in the bookstore.
