So here's what he has programmed in his little brain.
My dad - Feeds me the goodies and lets me out all the time. Come to ONLY him when I'm called
My mom - Lets me out in the mornings, feeds me, and more boring stuff..
My brother - Lets me hang with him in his room, and pets me all the time..
Me (Paige) - We wrestle all the time. She feeds me, and pets me. And plays with me. Never go to her when she calls me.

So there it is. He loves everyone but me. Or so I think. How can I make him come to me when I call him?? It just makes me so jealous that he comes to my dad when he calls him. But not me. It makes me so angry and sad. Please help!

Every cat has his or her own way of acting . The cat can sense that you get upset by this and is probably just messing with you .
try for a few days any time the cat comes close to you say matter of factly NO I don't want you . Then walk away or change your seat . Don't be mean just act like you could care less ! now the cat will be curious and come to you . Remember to give him/her a treat and affection when he/she comes to you after the experiment !!!!!!! Curiosity kills the cat .

Sorry, but cats choose whom they want to be with. We had an experience years ago with a neighbor;s cat who refused to stay at home with them and instead would meow and meow at our door. We ignored this cat for over a year knowing how much our neighbor loved her, but eventually this cat wore everyone down and she ended up living at our house. We got a different cat for our neighbor. So happy ending there but not so happy if you have to put up with the rejections of a cat. Try ignoring the cat, sometimes (reverse psychology) that works. Ever noticed how a cat will usually pick the one person who seems totally disinterested in the cat? Anyway, good luck and if all else fails, try another cat.

i used to have the same problem with our kitty when i was younger. she loooved my sister. and would scratch me if she thought i was petting her too much! so i ended up being scared of her :s

obviously in that case, my cat was a one-person cat. she was bitchy and scratchy to everyone even though i feed her and petted and played with her. my sister just had more of a connection i guess.

now we have a different cat. and she loves ME the best! hehe. revenge is sweet. lol. cats are kind of like people that way. they have their own personalities, and THEY chose who to hang out with. they don't waste their time being nice to you too much. doesn't matter if you feed them or not. plus most cats prefer a gentle touch. just a suggestion about the wrestling..

One reason...cats know when you are jealous. It is a negative emotion, and they pick up on that. And cats are very senstive to emotions, and will keep far from anything that promotes a bad feeling/vibe to them. Just be yourself with kitty, and just be patient. Cats are not the type to respond on demand, and it happens to me at times. Sometims when I have a bad day, my cat will not come to me when I call him. But he will go to my husband. And I get so mad and jealous at times...but then I realize...hmmm, I bet you he is not coming to me because I am in a foul mood. When I straighten up, he is all over me and coming when I call. Just calm down, be yourself, and kitty will coem to you more. Don't be jealous.

Cats can be one-person animals. It is not personal. Some cats just pick out one person as their primary possession and everybody else is OK but just not "private property." If cat only comes to dad well this may be what you have. It doesn't mean he hates you.
To teach him to come to you try having a treat in your hand.

You can't control cats. They like to come to YOU when the mood hits them. Male cats are usually the most affectionate kind, but it also sounds like your family's cat has lots of choices as to what humans it relates to. If you like cats, you will come to understand them, and appreciate their beauty---you'll also appreciate the fact that they take care of their own needs, and don't demand things from you. Look at your cat, and enjoy how pretty he is. If he comes close to you, get a brush out and gently brush him.
But you must be passive with cats, always.

Cats can be strange, keep calling him and tempt him with pieces of his favourite food, every time you call him have a treat ready to reward him, don't ever get angry with him or punish him because he will not like you, show him lots of love and play with him. Maybe in time he will come round.

Take over the more boring duties, such as feeding, letting him out, etc. If you take primary care of him, he'll grow more attached to you. That's just how cats are. Don't get mad at him or frustrated. If you become the primary care giver, and play mate, he'll bond with YOU.

Aww, Paige.
He doesn't hate you. He just equates you with play time.
It could have to do with who the disciplinarian is. If you are the one who disciplined him, then he may have some fear instilled into him.
Start calling him and then giving him a treat. After awhile, he will just come when you call, and you won't need the treats anymore.

cats often find the wrestling to get out of hand and are offended by it, that's what caused my 2 cats to eventually seperate, the one cat still chases the other and tries to tackle it but it just growls, show him some love, and give him the goodies.
