I think he would, if he quits Satan. At the (catholic) baptism of a child, people are asked to answer "I do" to six questions. Three of them are about rejecting Satan Prince of Evil and the other three are about believing in God Father, Jesus Christ and Holy Spirit, resurrection and Holy Communion.
So, yes, if a Satanist fails to do evil, he will do good, and go to Heaven
