I think he would, if he quits Satan. At the (catholic) baptism of a child, people are asked to answer "I do" to six questions. Three of them are about rejecting Satan Prince of Evil and the other three are about believing in God Father, Jesus Christ and Holy Spirit, resurrection and Holy Communion.
So, yes, if a Satanist fails to do evil, he will do good, and go to Heaven

that is a good question,but real satanist don't worship satan, hell they don't even believe in satan.they believe in satisfying their human desires.

Logically he would... if there was anything logical about heaven, hell the devil and so on...I don't think there is really, it's all superstitous clap-trap if you ask me and I guess you just did.
