You are obviously in pain. :( I strongly urge you to find a therapist or counselor in your area to talk with. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is often a good approach to treat self-harming behavior, so you may want to find a therapist who utilizes this modality. Best of luck to you. You should not have to sit with so much pain.

Some of my clients have found the following things useful
- wearing elastics on your wrist and when you feel the urge to cut snap them on your wrist so you feel the pain
- keep a red marker in your pocket and when you feel the need to cut draw a red line on your wrist so you see the red
hope this helps

Forget the ECT. It just gives you memory loss.

I suggest that you find a doctor/ therapist/ councillor/ mental health worker/ social worker/ friend, someone that you trust or learn to trust, & talk to them about what you are going through.
If they don't have any answers they may know someone who does.
Medication may be an option, but you'll have to speak to a professional about that.

Good luck.

Talk to someone. A professional. They can help you learn how to deal with your pain in a way that isn't self mutilation.
