it is not true that women are more emotional than men.
its just that women express their emotions more readily than men.
reason:-
the male brain is hard-wired differently. one half of the brain is the seat of logic and other human characteristics. the other is the seat of abstract stuff like emotions, artistic talent, etc. in women, the connection between logic and emotions is much more established in women than in men, due to certain factors like environment, hormones, genes, etc. that cause a difference in the corpus callosum of women, enhancing coordination between logic and emotion. this leads to men feeling a bit confused as to how to express their emotions in intense emotional conditions. as a result, we men keep our emotions inside and suppressing them.

the second reason is society. the society makes us think that men 'lose their manhood' if they are as emotional women, so many of us men endeavour to hide our inner feelings from all but our closest friends(usually male).

P.S. : This article seems to be criticizing men, but it is true, since
i am a man myself! also i think it would be a nuisance if we
men started breaking down if someone spoke harshly to
us.

Men are just as emotional. Only thing as a young child they are taught to be macho and not to cry or show weak emotions in front of people. Men have just as much feeling and emotions as women.

Men are taught that men should put up a Strong front. Many men have feelings, infact believe it or not many men feel the exact same way you do about alot of situations. It is just socially acceptable for a woman to cry about it where a man is supposed to be a "Man" about it.

Yeah blame stereotypes, but its true.

Its because, women doesnt share the feelings and emotions that easily. But men share with their friends and those whom they trust upon.

you really wanna know why?

because men would scare women away if they were to cry and share their feelings (more than the women.)

that's just the way it is..

now dats a really funny question.....well women have hormones. obviously bt in a relationship theirs no point in lying coz nobody iz gonna benifit women are usually more open and express their feelings coz they are much more hormonal than men are. most men like to keep to themselves and bottle things up, sometimes its nothing personal its just the way that most men choose to handle situations.

U cant ignore that women are more rational/logical at the same time. And they just dont keep telling abt it to everyone; because they are committed they do it.

But these days men tend to emotionally blackmail too often.

women are from venus, men are from mars. To break it down another way, it has to do with hormones, the role each plays in group dynamics, one FEELS and thinks, the other ACTS and uses brute force.
