girlz like guyz goin up to them go lyke hey wats up? r u busy (saturday, friday) night? if she says she is then tell her how bout we hang out another time den everything iz cool but id suggest u guyz go 2 a movie....den everythings standz on UR back now.

First of all, are you positive she likes you back? If she doesn't, then you give her a reason for her to like you! :) Starting getting to know her as she gets to know you. It's a win-win situation and in the end, you'll feel more comfortable around her and it'll be easier to ask her out. Just do'nt do it too soon before you scare the girl. Become friends first, then see where it goes from there.

go easy and slowly get to know her. then ask her out if she would like to go out to dinner or someting. then she'll get the notice that u fancy her
