I need a medium size this goes over the nose of the dog it is not a muzzle, but a halter for the dog.

We bought the halti for our dog at the local Pets Mart. I've seen them at Pet Supplies Plus and Petco, too. The halti worked great on our dog.
I've never noticed, but you might be able to get one at the grocery store.
I hope you find a store nearby that sells one.

Any pet store should have one I use the body one I find she doesn't pull with it on.
