I would recommend systematic desensitization. This can be done with a therapist or on your own. Basically, it starts with imagining the thing you fear, and slowly, working your way up to facing it. You can read more at the link below. Best of luck! :)

You need therapy, as it is difficult to deal with it in our own, for most of the times we have no clue what created it in the first place. Simply facing it will often create more anxiety. A certified mental specialist will asses you, trace back to your past and find out. If you don't remember it is possible to use hypnoses, to dwell in the deepest corners of your unconscious. It is normal to fear something but not to the extreme of an irrational phobia as it is detrimental.

I dont know. I get really pissed off when people borrow the newspaper and do not return it exactly the same way it was when i got it, i think bad things are going to happen or something. It got to the point where I bought two sunday papers to preven mine from being returned out of order.
It still bothers me, but not like buying two newspapers

Confront your fears or learn to live with them. I got over my fear of Heights by doing a bungee jump. Still scared of being under water, but i can live with that

if they are irrational then you should be able to face them. I'm afraid of the holes underwater thing myself. But you just have to say, "I'm stronger then the hole."
