well you shouldn't have to do anything you don't want to do. I mean if you find it uncomfortable you need to sit your girlfriend down and explain to her that you don't like doing it, because it makes you nervous having people watch you. You just have to communicate to her your problems, it's the only way they will ever get fixed.
