you need to approach companies with a well compiled CV, in good english, stating your experiance in your field and viable references, (not your brother/cousin/local priest etc) and approach them on the count that you are looking for the chance to further yourself proffesionally, not just jump on the local jobless figures! If you are lucky, someone might offer to sponser you.

First, this doesn't belong here. Post it under politics. Second, go to the US or UK embassy in your country. They will know what you need and should have the necessary paperwork

You have to apply through some company for your work permit for USA.
