Do an internet search...there are products that cleanse the system. You may be able to buy them at a health store such as GNC. Also drink lots of water..LOTS of water. Take some niacin. I don't know about the vinager.

Yeah, do that. Drink the whole bottle of vinegar. Or better yet, why not abide by the rules of your house and not smoke and then when you get older and can afford your own place you can do what ever you want. It's called respecting your parents.

Tell your friend to have the courage to accept the consequences for breaking the rules and the law. So many puss ies out there who want to do wrong, but then don't want to face the consequnces.

I've heard of people using someone else's urine and even using a capful of bleach and that worked. But I wouldn't recommend either.
