i've been working out consistently and havent seen any gains tried to vary it up but its been 2 months and nothing, i was just wondering if their were any success stories of people who went on protein powder, and if so what kind of protein and how long was it until you saw some kind of results even small ones

I've been doing this a long... time, and I've used some good protein powders. One of the best I've used is IDEA-MEAL. This one contains 40 grams of protein, 22 carbs and 0 saturated fat.

The flavors are delicious. Try the Orange Creamsicle.

I use Universal Nutrition's isolated soy protein and it works great.

it works but be careful. it could cause you kidney failure if u use too much. its better to eat natural protein like meat and fish
