To the question why is America hated? Bush answered, saying, they hate us because we're the beacon light of freedom. They hate us because we're good. They hate us because we are the land of opportunity. And others say they hate us because they envy us because of the way we live and the wealth that we have. Pastors and preachers and Reverend Franklin Graham said that they hate us because we're Christians and they want us all to be Muslims.

The destruction of the world trade centre and the attack on the pentagon has been described as the greatest act of terrorism.
However history demonstrates that the most horrific acts of Terrorism has been carried out by the freedom loving democratic nation, the United States of America . According to their own Official FBI definition of terrorism: “Terrorism is the unlawful use of force or violence against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or socia

People don't hate freedoms and all this. This is for you average Americans to consume!! People hate the American Foreign Policy! The US uses it mighty power to retain its position at the top. From grains to heavy industries, the Americans do everything in their power to be the top even if their actions are unethical! Also, for most Middle Eastern nations, the continuous and oppressive regimes that the British and the French installed last century, would not have lasted without the support of the American governments after wards. And at the center of all of this is the state of Israel which was created in 1948 in Palestine by mostly European Jews who came to Palestine with the help of the British. So on one hand the US government asks freedom to all other nations, and on the other hand they provide Israel with the latest weapon technologies to kill the native Palestinians. I have yet to say that there are some closed minded people who just hate anything that is coming from the USA even if it is good. And for myself, that is really the sad part.

WE are the biggest "Terrorist Naion " out there. No media conglomerate will say this. some independant news people will hint at it,and report on incidents but these news sources are ignored buy the majority of people. Everyone calls them conspiracy theorists. Its not a " theory" that we've been messing around in South America for as long as I've been alive (51years)
or longer. Its not a theory that we tried to asassinate Castro. He
was not half the monster we portrayed him to be. Our goverment gets the media to lie for them and the journalists don't ask questions. We make out someone to be a bad guy so it seems right to do what we do.
If we are in Afganistan for any real reason why have we trashed their country killing thousands of innocent people just to get a few Taliban. If our police force bombed a neighborhood cause a few bank robbers were reported to live there nobody would stand for that. It is because we as Americans don't see other people of other countries as equals that the deeds of a few
merit the killing of any number of innocent people cause their lives don't matter to us. We didn't wipe out Chicago cause Al Capone lived there, we didnt send the Marines to wipe out Montana cause the unibomber(what is that by the way) lived there. If any country could be blamed for 9/11 it would be Saudi Arabia cause most of those terrorists wereSaudi. Nobody asks why we didn't go after them or why on 9/12 the only people allowed to fly were Osama Bin Laden's family. All of them were allowed out of the country. Why did no one question them?
I hope you find this a useful answer.

Just look at what the 'Americans' did to the Native American Indians, perhaps THE most persicuted nation of people ever.
They took their land, their power, their culture and even destroyed their sacred buffallo. Then they put them into reservations and tried to 'educate' them in Christianity.
But even on saying that,I don't think thats perhaps a fair representation of America today.I think America has had a lot of bad press caused by a few 'bad' people.

Does the country stand for anything any longer...there is not much unity here which is what makes a society a society. Terrorist have already had the affect on us that they desire....to divide will weaken....why do they hate a country that as a country really does not stand for any one thing....the government is not the country in a democratic society....we the people are.

The politics of America is rarely the people. And nice slip in for the KKK there... if you think we all agree with our political leaders and we all belong to the KKK then perhaps you should stop listening and watching media propaganda and get to know some Average Americans.

Since Americans always think they can do everything better than any one else. They push their noses in were it does not belong and like the Romans's in the history they will eventually fall.

We hate you because you think you are the best and you need to export all your fantasies to us, and because you think we live 24 hours thinking how to hurt you like rats or something....remove this illusion from your mind and start to think in another way, if you think Islam is couraging hate towards you, why dont you ask a muslim about his relegion, try to understand why you are totally wrong about it.
