She is embarrased to have me see her breasts and I wish to change the situation is there anything that can be done like some cream to apply and make them abit firm?

First of all let me say that,....you are one huge sweetheart!!! The fact that you are trying to find a way to make her feel better about it,not so much trying to remedy this for you ,but for her,is great!!!!
Thats the way I'm seeing it anyway,...I hope I'm right!!!!
The most important thing you can do ,it seems you already are...Be Very Sensitive!!!! A man can make a woman feel so much better about alot of things,IF they just knew more about her! Alot of men won't even try! Along with being sensitive to her feelings,there is an exercise that is supposed to help,...while cupping her hands together in front of her chest,turn her hands inward(fingers closer to chest),squeeze the palms of her hands together. If she's doing it right she will feel her breast moving each time she does it! It works the muscle in the breast, and will actually lift her breast each time she squeezes! I hope my directions are half way understandable,LOL! Keep on being sweet!!!!!

She can ask a professional which exercises can be done to help get those breast perky again.
Exercise and exercises only is going to help
Now there are creams that can help with the stretch marks that will be left behind.
Once again talk to a professional to find out which of these creams actually work.

Dont muck around, time is of the essence.
Be honest and tell her- frequently.
No point holding back, your just telling her what the rest of us already know.
The thing is, nothing will change until you stand up to her and let her know that things cannot go on as they are.
Sometimes you have to be cruel to be kind, and she might thank you for it in the long run.

The only thing that's going to work is diet and exercise. If she ain't willing to diet and exercise, gravity is going to take over. Exercises that I would recommend- keep in mind I'm a guy, I'm going off of knowledge from the women I know- are swimming and yoga.

No, there is no cream that will make them perk up. Only plastic surgery. They sag naturally as we get older.
