You must have some big ants where you are. The ones here don't leave that big a bite. If the bites are red, then they will settle down in a few weeks. If the skin is cut and there is an actual scar, that is a different matter. These will take longer than that to settle down and it may be some months.

You didn't say how deep the scars are or how badly scarred your feet are but I'll take it that it is bad enough to annoy you having the scars. If you want to try taking care of it without going to a doctor you can try using a loofah and mild soap like Ivory to gently exfoliate your feet. Wet the loofah, soap up your feet then go in tight circles over the area affected. Then rinse off your feet.
Carefully dry your feet. After that is done, then get some virgin olive oil and slather your feet in the olive oil. The olive oil will help your feet heal and hopefully the scars will go away or at least be diminished greatly. Best wishes for pretty feet!

As time goes by they will fade away. Have patience and don't worry about it. :)
