You can stay 90 days on a tourist visa from Western Europe. If you're from Eastern Bloc countries like Poland, you have to get a travel visa because those people are considered a risk of overstaying. To stay longer will require a work visa (Green Card) to find employment. To immigrate is another whole ballgame. Check the INS website (currently called the Dept. of Homeland Security).

You obviously don't understand immigration policies in the U.S. For one thing, there is a quota system and how long you can stay or how difficult it is for you to get a visa, depends on just WHERE you are coming from in Europe.

You need to talk the U.S. Consulate in your country and not be expecting an answer this specific from a one line answer in Yahoo Answers...
