Love is caring, affection, trusting, devotion, sexual desire and attraction so...it is love that leads to sex often time.

Sex is an act.

They can exist together or apart.

If you are looking for a lasting relationship make sure you have the love and the sex is a bonus! IMHO

It's part of love, of course! A great part,an important part, but just a part of love! I've seen so many young girls get their hearts broke thinking sex meant love. I believe you better make sure the love is there first, because if the sex comes first, you probably won't get to the love!!!!!!! Good question!!!!!!

Sex does NOT equal love. Many people are capable of having sex with NOT intimate feelings at all. That's why prostitution is so big - do you think men love the prostitutes they sleep with? NO, they sleep with hookers so that they can avoid the emotional attachment that CAN come with physical intimacy.

Sex is a part of romantic love. But sex is not a part of platonic, friendship based love.

Sex without love is just an animal act. Mind-blowing sex can only be achieved with a caring, loving partner.

It depends on the feeling behind it. Sex can be just that; sex. Or it can be an expression of love, it depends on the feelings that you have for that other person. But for real, sex is just intense lust. To me sex is just sex; if i wanted to express how much i love another person i would do it another way.

Definitely sex is love.
Love is for sex.
Otherwise, why do you want an opposite sex.
If it is just for love minus sex, you can do it with your own sex. We call it friendship, because there is no sex involved in literal sense. (Not to mention about Gays)
Then female is not at all necessary/required.
When you love a female, it is cent per cent for sex only.
