I appreciate the fact you came to the public looking for advice and here's my 2 cents.
Learning english (spelling, writing and speaking) is the best way to start. Judging from your question, when employers see spelling mistakes on cover letter and/or resume, they won't ask for an interview, you need to improve on your command of the english language first.
