No, it doesn't make me feel good to see anyone sad, let alone someone sad because of something I did or said. It is their feeling, however, I will not lay claim. If I need to apologize, I do so. If they seem to want cheering up or need a kind word, I'll provide that as well. And sometimes I just put my arm around their shoulder to let them know it's OK to feel sad for awhile, while they are dealing with the situation that created the feeling. Then when they are finished they can move into another state, hopefully having resolved the situation in their mind. Peace.

No. I'll feel sad and try to haelp amend if some one is sad because of me.
If this happens it could be because of some one not really knowing what it's like in another person's shoes or just some real immaturity.
From the sound of your question, I would guess that you have reached a level of mauturity that enables you to go far and have many friends. Because you realize that there are other people inthe World, too. :)

No I feel badly. In Iraq 300,000 to 500,000 civilians have died since desert Storm. We have over 19,000 wounded and 2610 dead. We lost 58,000 in Vietnam before our young people stopped that madness.
I have faith in our young people. Now that Bush has drafted 35,000 I think they will vote, I hope they will also get counted, I have faith.
Working class tax payers should be very sad, if they are younger, they have been given by Republicans a $9 trillion national debt to pay. The Iraq war will cost working class tax payers $2 trillion.
We have sent Israel $1.7 trillion since 1973, in 2002 dollars.
Yes, I am sad for our young people who must work for a living to pay for the mistakes of the Republicans in office now. I have hope and have faith that we can kick the bums out.
BTW, America is me, they are my people, they are the country I love and they are the people of the nation I would die to defend.
