Does anyone know how to prevent Kodak Easyshare Software from Updating, it's slowing down my computer.?

I've tried removing the program, and I am able to close it out by using Ctrl+Alt+Del and stopping it temporarily. Any long term fixes? It's driving me crazy!!

type msconfig in your run box, find the easy share entry and uncheck it, click apply.
