I go about once a month when I can, sometimes more than that. about once a month is fairly reasonable. Pope John Paul II was known to go to confession almost daily.

Every night I take an inventory of the day. I ask God to help me promptly admit when I was wrong.
So I guess the answer is every night I take confession.

I must be one of those bad caths, I do not go to confession.

I don't go but I really need to. It makes you feel so much better to get stuff offa your chest.
