are we going up or we going down?

Question

are we developing every day in every way or we are just fooling around.
is every efford leading us up? Or there is possibility that we may also go down?
Is there any guaranted destiny that we will always go up?

Indefinite....what goes up will come down. What's down may also go up. That's life...it works like an economic cycle.

You could also approach it from another perspective. You may see yourself going down when in fact, there are people lower looking up at you. Or you may see yourself going up when in fact, there are people above looking down at you.

Given the latest statistics on education, we are going down the toilet pretty fast. America used to be number one on the list of countries that were well educated, we are something like 20th. That's pretty bad. It's no surprise either; we have parents that could give a flying fig about how their kids are doing, we have a government that pays lip service to every child getting an education and we have administrators in public schools literally absconding with tax money meant for schools. Add to that the attitude of kids in school today. Just look at how some people spell on this site...it's sad, really sad.

We landed a man on the moon in 1969. THIRTY SEVEN YEARS AGO. We haven't gone further or even gone back. The space race, was for years, the sort of unofficial benchmark of human technological development. So...if we haven't done diddly in 37 years...you tell me.
