I can not set my computer resolution more than 800 by 600.When I try to set its resolution 1024 by 786 it shows out of frequency .........Power Management.

Like anry said, it's because either your graphics card can't handle the resolution or your monitor can't handle it.

Down below there is a refresh rate - this is the monitor frequency. It could be that you are setting the frequency too high for your monitor for that resolution. If you reduce the refresh rate (frequency) then this should sort your problem.

I think you have a problem with screen card, just check it.
