is there other software to do podcast?

i live in korea when i start pod cast ,pop up a window and they say i need to sign up ...
but i can't!! because there isnt korea in the section that choose each country
help me.....

http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ download itunes that will work for you,you dont even need to sign in just to download podcasts.
