Mostly lack of opportunity.

Joke.

Despite what you may have been taught, human nature is NOT depraved. Most people are good. Think about it: Nine out of ten of the people you know would do anything in their power to help you. Ninety-nine people out of a hundred will never commit any crime more serious than parking illegally. Do they all behave properly out of fear? Maybe. Or maybe they prefer to get along with the neighbors. Life is more pleasant when nobody is mad at you.

That's why I behave myself. As for most of the so-called sins as catalogued by the godders, I don't think these are actually bad things -- how can it be bad to have sex, or to think about sex, or to want things? Such desires are part of human nature and nothing to be ashamed of.

I try to make the bias go away, I look at my situation from an outside perspective (which is not easy) and consider what is the right thing to do objectively. At the end of the day even if people tell me I've made the wrong call, I don't punish myself nor do I regret.
Most people are afraid of getting caught, it's all okay for society to use this fear as a disciplinary mechanism but people get nothing out of it. I have sought many a religion and in the end found that it's not someone or something to believe in that I seek, rather I seek the truth, a no BS meaning. It's not that this is not there in 'some' religions, it's just that it's been buried under tons of unfounded belief. It should always be about convincing yourself.
Plainly though sins can't be avoided unless you have not an iota of regret. Karma may be the determining factor but your mind is the judge, always. So try to be objective and learn to live with things sans the regret.

What stops me from committing sins are a desire to live a life that is pleasing to God my Father, the power of his Holy Spirit, and a realization that sinful behavior is merely a deception that is like the tasty bait that surrounds a painful and deadly "hook". It might provide a momentary pleasure but in the end it leads to pain and death.

Hebrews 11:24 By faith Moses, when he was grown up, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh's daughter, 25 choosing rather to be mistreated with the people of God than to enjoy the fleeting pleasures of sin. 26 He considered the reproach of Christ greater wealth than the treasures of Egypt, for he was looking to the reward.

Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Stupidity is hereditary. on your case you acquire the gene. the U. S. is a ticking time bomb. It use to be the greater acceptable whites vs. the blacks; those have been the opposing communities in an attempt to talk. Now days each and everything is in disarray. Who is hardship-free with of who's on who's area anymore. Its pandemonium and it is out of control. the genuine problem is witless, stupid, sheep who save on with the plenty, and can't think of. it is the enemy. The Christians are the unique human beings(while it grew to grow to be usa). it is OUR u . s .. you haven't any longer any data that it is Christians who dedicate those crimes. those are bogus claims.

We are all tempted to sin ... resisting sin, for me, is successful when I listen to my inner wisdom. It's about deciding what kind of person I want to be ... I guess that's a code of morality or ethics.

The only one could stop you from sin is you not your parents or not even Buddhas. If you chose not to commit sin than follow the way of Buddha.

Grace(not Law) unto you, and peace(not division),
from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Grace is notably the "incorruptible" crown of glory, of such law(corruptible) & grace(incorruptible) crowns of glories compare-i-soned in Bible. One glory is the glory of higher God all fell short of by "fall"(from Grace above) into the "hands" of a law law God on "high" in the plural and dividead "heavens".
http://www.godshew.org/TwainShew2.htm#Crowns
http://www.godshew.org/biblicalemblems.htm
http://www.godshew.org/TwainShew3.htm#Glorys

Two Crowns: 1Cor 9;25; Two Glorys: 2Cor 3:all
"They": seek the "corruptible" crown: of law glory
"We": seek an "incorruptible" crown: of "grace glory"
We all are chanGed from glory to glory as by the Spirit.
They all can bend over & dble kiss cheri bums bye bye;
For no escape sudden destruction comes upon "them",
and it's notably because of what "they say" in 1Thess 5.
In contrast, God hath NOT appointed us unto wrath(law).

"Their part": God is evil(law) spoken of
"Y(our) part": God is (grace) glory-fied
http://www.godshew.org/TheirPartYourPart.htm
Pst - "their end" shall be according to "their works".
Pst - the end of such law law works is twice dead.

Where & when no law, there no sin: Rom 4:15; 5:13.
In Christ(the end of the law) there is no law = no sin.

Solomon said: "with all thy getting, get understanding", and also noted when understanding is embraced the result is "thy head' gets "crowned" with "grace glory" (Prov 4 of plural Proverbs). Thy head: The head of every man is Christ, whose head is God.

The "grace" of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.

Being a Christian, I try not to sin, becuase I want to follow God's will and follow Jesus Christ's commands to us all. It is impossible for us to be "sinless", but we are still supposed to try.

nothing can ever stop you from committing sins.
because sins means "not following god's rule"
you can never ALL THE TIME be in line with god.

but you can always be forgived if you sincerely ask GOD.
