He is going to rob an all night diner.
After forcing the cook at gunpoint to prepare a meal, he eats and asks for the leftovers to be wrapped, puts them in his bag, takes all the money and pockets it, steals a napkin, plate and knife (he has his fork already), and leaves.

Well, he puts the bag over his head, uses the gun to hold up a Krispy Kreme for the delicious goodies and many napkins and then uses the fork to eat them because he is very well mannered. He IS new in town and wants to make a good impression.

Well he decides to be non risky and stick to the banks, but for a twist he uses the fork instead of gloves. You can guess what the bag and gun are for, lol. :)
