okay, forget these people who are telling you that you, even if u can, you shouldnt because you are giving yourself away and have no self respect. THEY are idiots. Thats a personal choice for on whether or not you want to live with your boyfriend without marriage. Damn. LOL.
Anyway, I think you have to be married to live on a military base, but you should have him ask...just to be sure. Why don't you try moving, anyway, and just not living on the base with him? I'm an American and I live in Duesseldorf, Germany with my boyfriend (not in the military) and I love it here. Its a wonderful place to live.

Soldiers can have guest...but there are hours posted that guest must leave. You may get away with, you may not. If he is caught, it may not be a good experience for him, and you could be escorted off the military base.
Have him find an inexpensive Guesthouse, etc., they do not cost allot.

I work on a US base in Germany. To live on post with him you would have to be married. However they can get an allowance to their COLA which enables them to live of post on the economy. He can live with whoever he wants to then
