I do customer service and people always have something to complaint about, why is that.

I think that it is the work that you do that makes you feel that way. You deal with people after they have spent their hard earned money on a product or service that doesn't work the way that they expected. Maybe they can't figure it out. Maybe they have had a hard day at work or school and call you and let off steam. Maybe they want something for free. I hope that you know that it isn't you personally they are angry with. I hope you get a great feeling after you solve a problem and make someones day.

well...you are not in the customer praise department for one thing.
It is customer service, so you are going to run into people with problems they need solved.....I would suggest taking a different stand and just expect that folks will have a tendency to be a little whiny when they come to see you. This will take great people skills to deal with these people effectively. If you look at the challenge for what it is and do your job well then I believe you will find that you can help out a lot and like your job more at the same time.
