Ironically the reality is a Shi'i who is not following the Sunnah is wrong and is mislead. Similarly, a Sunni brother who does not love Imam Ali is not a Shia of Ali, but all Sunnis love Ali so they are Shi'i.

So, to be a Muslim you have to be a Sunni and a Shi'i as they are both interconnected.

All Muslims ultimately follow the ONE LORD, the Prophet of Islam, the Quran and after them they are also united in Ali, who is accepted by the Shi'a as their first Imam, and the Sunnis consider him their final rightly guided Caliph. So, where is the conflict?

As far as the four Madhabs of the Sunni brothers are concerned, all the leaders of each of these madhabs were either direct or indirect students of Imam Ja'afar Assadiqh (Peace and Mercy of Allah be with him and his children and parents). You may not know this but Imam Abu Hanifa was a student of Imam Ja'far for two years. Some of the other Imams of the Madhab were indirect students of the Sixth Imam of the Shi'i by being students of his students.

Thus all good Muslims are fully Sunni and fully Shi'i to be rightly guided in my view. I hope this makes sense.

I'm a Sunni, but we cannot say that Shia's are in the Hell, it is something between them and Allah.
Islam teaches us not to set partner with Allah, that means all your doings will be for sake him alone. But shia have some Bida'as which was man made and not in the prophets doings or saings. In Islam we have only two occassions for celebrating that is Eid Al-Adha and Eid Al -Fitr but they have many celebrations which are not done by prophet himself.
