Thanks for your answers, many have asked what sort of age gap. I was asking for myself but thought it interesting in general for others as well. Me personaly am 26 i find i get on better with women in their 30's to 50's, i find older women more attractive and always have done. Am inteligent and have some experience of life but one thing that i come across often is older women talking down to younger guys or asuming what a person is like because of age. Personaly i think its best to look a little deeper than someones age, or even apperance.

I think it depends on the actual age gap your speaking of.....and he woman and the man's maturity level. I've seen many december/may romances work out wonderfully. As people age, the chronilogical numbers matters a bit less because a certain maturity level has already been reached. It's not the same as a 25 y.o. dating a 17 y.o. Personally, i have always dated younger men.... but the age gap has never been more than 7-8 years. You'de have to be more specific as to the ages.

Everything depends on how much younger. Between 5 and 9 years is still possible to have a good relationship. More, I do not think so.
I like men that are older than 30, because we can understand each other, and the difference is not such a problem. If we are considering a woman in her 60 dating a man in her 30, well... in order to be fare and open minded, if men do the same, I do not see any objection. It is a matter of prejudice.
Going for somebody young might be refreshing but at a certain point, there is no much in common, unless it is about a short period.
Indeed, I justify more that sexual active women might try to date a younger women in order to avoid the "issues" of older men, let's say impotence, early ejaculation and their old fashion way of thinking. Viagra aside, the skin ages, brain too and what is worst, old smells old. Nothing to do about it.

I'm an older woman (45) and actually have only dated 1 man that was close to my age. All my relationships have been with younger men. My current friend is 25. I don't look my age, and I refuse to act my age. lol

from my own experience, older woman can find younger men attractive; however i know personally, a relashionship between a younger guy and a older woman (depending on the gap) is difficult.

I am 34, and attractive.I have been asked out by a lot younger. Not for me.But flattering.I prefer my own age group, more confidence and experience in life.More knowledgeable and self assured.I would find it perverted to go out with someone younger, the thought turns my stomach.Younger men have more energy but sawdust upstairs.

Younger men can excit them better and they have sexxy, kinky stuff they'll like to do to older women. If the older woman is rich, she is so attracted by a younger man. The age gap... is just a CRAP!!! If you are enjoying yourselves, it doesn't matter.

Yes they do a woman feel younger when attracted to younger man an he pays her attention. Woman dont like to feel their age. I have younger men after me cos i dont look my age its flattering and ive dated younger. Age isnt important its how you feel about eacg other that counts as long as your not say21 and shes 60 that is pure indecent. Whats 10 years or so.Be happy and enjoy life why you can.

Question of individual preference...I like men my own age, have more in common with them and don't fancy looking like his mum if we are out somewhere...wouldn't mind someone with some stamina tho...if it was purely sexual then yes but for a relationship, no..

No... they are all very immature... I find them to be sulky when they don't get they want, even something as simple as a photograph, they expect you to be at their beck and call, even in the wee hours of the morning, then they make sarcastic comments about the mobile devices you own, try and wind you up deliberately about strange people sticking fingers in their dimples...

I would stay well clear.... it's too late for me... but FOR GOD SAKE OTHER WOMEN... SAVE YOURSELVES!!!
