Each animal was placed before Adam to be named. Adam gave a name for each animal thusly. This "book" has 70 levels to every word and meaning. If you look at it as a child's story book than of course many things seem a bit silly.

You aren't understanding what you are reading. Nowhere in Genisis does it say that God told the animals to go out and find Adam a mate. It does say that nowhere to be found was a help mate for Adam, but that is not what it means. You need to understand that not everyone talks the same. This is a translation from ancient Hebrew into Latin and then English. It was pointing out the fact that as of yet God had not made Adam a mate and in order to do so and make it a very special mate God did it in the way it describes in later verses. I really hope for your sake that you asked this in an honest and innocent way and are just confused. There was no intent involved about beastiality. That is really sick dude. It doesn't even say that Adam rejected animals as mates.

G-d gave the world to Adam to rule over (before the creation of Eve) Man is not an angel . G-d wanted Adam to experience the idea of being like G-d and being only a unique entity - by being with the animals and not experiencing fulfillment man could comprehend that he could not be Unique and ! like G-d so he asked for an appropriate mate - but Eve role was not to be dominated like the animals she was Adams way to be created equal if not superior because she was not created from the dust of the earth but rather from a living unique being.
g-d didn't figure out Adam needed woman - g-d let Adam find his own answer - the first sign of g-ds greatness to let a being of his own creation have a free will and able to think independently

Nope. interior the commencing up, God created the heavens and the earth. He created Adam and located him in a playpen reported as the backyard of Eden. Then he created each and all the animals and delivered them to Adam, giving Adam the organization to call them although he needed. After some unspecified time, Adam found out, "2 cow. 2 fox. 2 bear. 2 wolf. One human???" and then he asked God approximately it. Having examined Adam's endurance, have confidence and faith, God then rewarded him together with his perfect experience, Eve. What human beings conveniently ignore is that Adam became into the perfect supplement for Eve besides. The have been actually made for the different.

Um, I think you need to read that again, See, the help meet part came later, after Lilith left the garden, all she wanted to do was the horizontal bop, which made Adam angry coz he was the guy and should be in charge of all the nookie, so she (Lilith) said the secret name of god and left the garden, so then god made eve out of Adams rib (great movie by the way) and then eve was beguiled by a serpent and the rest is history.
But the animals in the story weren't placed in the garden for help meets, read it again.

Out of the ground the Lord God formed every beast of the field and every bird of the air, and brought them to Adam to see what he would call them. And whatever Adam called each living creature, that was its name. So Adam gave names to all cattle, to the birds of the air, and to every beast of the field. But for Adam there was not found a helper comparable to him.
But for Adam there was not found a helper: It was obvious to Adam that the animals came in pairs and he had no mate. Since God deliberately had Adam name the animals after seeing his need for a partner (Genesis 2:18), God used this to prepare Adam to receive the gift of woman.

First of all, creation was finished when God brought the animals to Adam. Adam was not sitting there going, "Sorry, God. Try again," as you would imply. Secondly, sometimes God lets us learn things for ourselves that He already knows. Face it, man is stubborn. Just like when you're a child, your Mom will say, "Don't touch that stove. It's hot." Do we listen and say, "Oh, okay, I better do as she says then?" Usually not. Usually we have to do it our way and get burned to learn anything. God knew that none of the animals would be suitable as a mate for Adam. He just wanted Adam to see that for himself.

Can you explain where you got the idea that this is anything more than a legend intended to show that God created everything all by His Ownself, and NOT a literal retelling of an established historical fact?
C'mon, fella. What were you, raised by some super-fundamentalist sect with a combined IQ of 10?

are you trying to say that women are lower than animals?
these animals were placed upon the earth to help adam, then, adam named the creatures...it also proves that God has a plan for everything, because everything was in place when Eve was created...this honors the woman..
