It is in Springfield, Massachusetts and we both go every year. It is like a dance sort of. But you get presents from people and you can trade them. It lasts from 9:00-11:00. I am 11 and he is 13 what should I say. I am so confused.

I LOVE that fact that the person whose screen name is MARIJUANA wants you to make sure and talk to your folks first.

As far as you actual question goes...no one who is 11 should have a boyfriend. I don't even know what it would mean for an 11 year old to be "seeing someone." By the time he's 14 (if not already) he's going to want to fool around, and that's just not cool at your age.

Have all of the boy friends you like, but do yourself a favor and let the boyfriends wait until you're in high school.

it depends on what you want and what your parents say. don't be surprise if they want to come along... I mean it does last till 11 and you're only 11 years old. But it sounds like a normal date other than that. if both parents are cool or if one of your families wants to go with you, I don't see why that's a problem.
