How is it God, the all-knowing and all-powerful perfect God, managed to make -two- distinct, -imperfect-, disobedient creations (angels and humans) ?
It is said God made Humans to freely worship Him, yet He already had Angels who freely worshipped Him. Why bother making Humans? Why not make more Angels?
It is said God made Humans in His own image, yet why not make Angels in His own image? Why are the Angels not good enough that God must make Humans too? And if the Angels are not good enough to satisfy God, why are they in Heaven?
Seems to me the existence of Angels sheds doubt upon the stated purpose for creating Humans. Everything God wanted from Humans He was already getting from the Angels. So why make Humans too? Especially when His creation of Angels led to the disobedience of Satan (which God knew would happen before He created the Angels) and His creation of Humans led to the disobedience of Adam (which He knew would happen before creating Humans).

Cris: you getting this from the bible or are you just making this up? Satan disobeyed, so changing allegiance does not seem to be a problem for them.

Free Will
God's free will to do and create as He sees fit. And His gift of free will to us in order that any reciprical relationship is not "false" or forced, but by genuine feelings.
Angels are by their nature nothing more than servants and His messengers. Even though they are spiritually, and even intellectually superior to humans, they are less than humans as it relates to our relationship to the creator, God.
When angels are created they are also given a free will, but once they have decided on an allegiance it can not be reversed, or changed. With us it can be. We have, and retain, a free will.
And a final simple answer to your question.....God has told us in the Old Testament that His ways are not our ways and His thoughts are not as our thoughts. Quite simply, anything that God chooses to do is beyond our control or reasoning. He is the Great Mystery.
P.S. Addition to respond to your "Additional Details":
You stated: Cris: you getting this from the bible or are you just making this up? Satan disobeyed, so changing allegiance does not seem to be a problem for them.
I don't mean to sound flip or insulting but I suggest you do some research on the subject. I have conducted extensive study in this area. There is an enormous amount of documentation to be read and studied. For example, a number of the apocryphal writings go into much detail regarding the War in Heaven when Satan, aka Lucifer the Bright Star, decided to overthrow God.
Read Milton's Paradise Lost as well. Very vivid account of the War in Heaven. In the beginning, Lucifer was THE angel of all angels. His intellect and free will eventually created enormous pride. The rest is, as they say, history.
Do yourself a great favor and find these sources and you will find your answers.

It is easy to come to these conclusions if you are reading the bible literally instead of figuratively as a metaphoric guide as it was intended to be read.
I you actually read the parable of the prodigal son you get the only true representation of God in the whole bible. Still it is spun and misinterpreted to mean something that it was never intended to mean. It is billed as a story of forgiveness but if you actually read what it says there is no mention that the father ever judged the prodigal son in any way, This being the case there is nothing to forgive, and quite logically forgiveness is never mentioned at all.
This idea of forgivness is added to the story as a subjective view point by the one telling it. Try reading the actual words of the text minus any presumption or bias that you have been taught and you will see what it really says.
This is the true God that Jesus was trying to show us. Many think that this was the reason that he was killed. Aparently many people in Jesus' time had a great investment in a judgmental God. An important enough investment that they were willing to kill to protect it. Looks like not a lot has changed.

If you were a teacher, and knew one of your students is a brilliant person who will get very good grades if you tested them, but you do not test that student, which would make him stand out. Would it not be unfair to that student?
In a similar manner, the Lord knew that if he gave free will to some of his creatures, they will excel in obedience. FOR THEIR sake the Lord gave free will, which had the inherent danger that some would disobey. However, just because some people would disobey, it would be wrong to deny those who would obey him, even having never seen the Lord with their own eyes.
Thus when the angels were given free-will, a vast majority of them obeyed except for Satan, who became proud and arrogant.
Adam disobeyed because of the hope of doing better than what he already had. However, until one is given freedom, one can not get credit for doing good, so those who were to be rewarded had to be given freedom. The consequence of giving freedom was also disobedience.
I hope this is making sense to you. Look at Moses leaving the comfort of the palace and choose the desert for siding with the slave who was being unjustly beaten. God had to give Moses the free will, if not Moses would be the robot. Robots do not earn any benefit as they are designed to obey.
Angels were created without any body needs per se. Humans were created with body needs. In spite of that some humans, God knew would excel and as a fair Lord, he had to give such people a chance to perform.
There is a word in Arabic called MUMKIN, or Possibility. It is not just a simple possiblity, but the Lord knows everything that is possible. So, He Almighty was required to allow that possibility for some to benefit through obedience.
Please talk to me if you have additional questions on this subject. It is a very fascinating subject which delves into the purpose of creation itself. Peace.

Read your question and explanations under it. You have criticised the creation of angels and human being. You argued that why God created Human being when Angels were there to worship Him. And God knew before creation of Angels that Satan would disobey and also creation of Humanbeing led to the disobeydience by Adam.
Gentleman. Your and mine mental power is very limited and we cannot criticise any thing which would shed any doubt on the doings of God. I am muslim by faith. We have strong belief that we should not speak or do any thing against the teachings of Islam. I therefore regret my inability to further discuss any topic of this nature.

As a Buddhist, I would agree with you that God or Buddha or what ever created us or the living things. But consider this the Vietnamese have a proverb saying: "Me sanh con, Troi sanh tanh" literally meaning: the mother gives birth to the child but God give the child the personality. In a broader sense, we human just like Buddhas. But why is Buddha or God is in heaven and we don't? probably because we commited sin. Just like you're taking a s-a-t test to enter university if we failed than as you know the answered. And the teachers or your professors is not accountable for that it's just because we did not study hard enough.

Your question is intriguing.
If God created angels (since disobedient) and humans (since disobedient) maybe God has created some new creature to provide ego satisfaction, since God seems to create for the sheer pleasure of doing so.
Are puppies or sheep created to please God? Maybe one of them is the new image of God (who, being all-powerful can certainly assume any kind of form) since people were a big letdown like the angels.
Or maybe God just left this world to its own devices and went off to another part of the universe and created a whole new world with some other kind of creature that breathes methane....

Angels were made to worship God and humans were also made to worship God... But there is a great difference in Angles and humans. Humans are surrounded by his family, children friends, workplace, and stuggle for food and space in the living world and above all he spend some time to pray for the god to thank Him for all He has given to him. Angles do not have such bondages and children etc.

God made free will- would you rather be a puppet to Him and obey Him because He's pulling the strings to make you? Or do you enjoy the freedom and choice you have today to chose? Everyone can do what they want- you can chose Him or God. He didn't make Satan sin, Satan's pride led to his fall.

I think God created us for his amusement. If you get a chance, read 'Good Omens." Great, fun book. I always found it curious that God created Angels without free will, but then some of them chose to fall from grace. How can being without free will choose anything, really? that contradicts itself.
I don't think God was necessarily creating anything because He had to, I think it's because He wanted to.

Perhaps God's hope is that we would have had more of an alliance with him to work together to collect up the negative energy and toss it into the black hole, but I rarely see humans follow the path of love and look at us....What a mess.
