Uncoated aspirin can sometimes make parts of the stomach wall lining thin and lead to ulcers or bleeding. Its best to take coated aspirins for this reason.
if you stick with the recommended dose then there are no side effects.

asprin is one of the cheapest and best drugs ever produced, it has many properties that are brilliant for a mulitude of pain problems, but the most important function and benefit is in its ability to thin out the blood rapidly,this is why it is the first drug given to anyone suffering from cardiac related chest pain,
it can cause some stomach upset for about2% of the population but many people with a cardiac history have taken asprin every day for 25 years with no ill effects at all..
