That whole place was a shambles. Then what happened? Tiger got the liqueur license, and that grant ,with extra backing from the "Hey Diddle Diddle, Do Ya Want A Fiddle" Mafia Kitty.
It turned out well too. From catastrophe to catters trophy in 3 weeks.
