Over 70 percent of our body is made up of liquid/water. Cut yourself and you see blood which is liquid. We lose water when we breathe out air, perspire, through waste, etc. If we don't replenish lost liquid, we dehydrate and will lose our senses and then die.

How to replenish? Drink lots of water. If water is contaminated, we will be poisoned and will lose more liquid through vomits or loose stools. Natural water may contain contaminants or bacteria too besides lots of minerals. Polluted water is water that is unfit for drinking due to manmade contamination...chemicals, wastes..

Drink at least 8 cups of water each day.

Natural is pure and polluted is not and will most likely make you sick. Water is one of the essential elements of life and we need to preserve it, use it wisely and nourish ourselves with it.
