is physics, economics, biz studies and computing a good combo for AS Level?

I think you have got a very good combination, but I dont think that physics is a good choice, look carefully, most of the subjects you have choosen are related to the field of commerce.

So I think you should replace physics with "Accounting" it will help you a lot in your higher studies, you can join a number of fields of your choince.

Accounting can proved helpful to you in many ways, you can do ACCA or CA with a lot ease if you select this combination.
But if you select physics it wont be helpful to you in the future because physics have nothing to do with commerce.

But in the end you have to take the decision.

Fairly good, but it may be useful to change the physics to psychology or sociology. These subjects would be more useful to you for the advertising angle of biz studies.
You would learn things like why a certain fast food chain uses the colour red in their establishments.(psychology)
