I've been to Hawaii MANY times. One time it was part of a cruise - we flew to Honalulu and boarded our ship. Then, we cruised to the Big Island of Hawaii (two stops), Maui, Kauai. So, we were able to see alot of it.

One of the things that I enjoyed the most - was the over-all easy going friendliness of the people. The residents seem to all be relaxed and loving life. One thing that's really cool was on Kauai. As we drove down the road, we noticed that in the center divide of the road, were various fruit trees. We found out later, that these trees were planted by the department of transportation - and the fruit is free for the taking! No one can starve in Hawaii!

The island of Kaua'i. Hiking along the NA PALI COAST IS INCREDIBLE!! The scenery driving along the north coast to get to Kee Beach and the Kakakau Trail is something you won't forget.

I loved the snorkeling. The wildlife is amazing! Also, laying out on the beach isn't too shabby either. I suppose the best thing was the attitude, everyone is so open and laid back, no stress, no drama, it really is paradise.
