All hail students, You can't go wrong with pasta. Obviously not every day but it's a good basis.
Mix some Pasta with a tin of "big soup" you know, the soup with big chunks of veg in it. A great healthy evening meal.
If you make too much pasta, add some tuna and sweetcorn, maybe a pepper, some mayo and store in fridge for lunch.
Mince meat is another good choice, you can cook a large pan then separate it down to smaller pots. Adding slightly different ingredients will give you a chili, a bolognese, add some carrots and peas and you've got cottage pie.
You've gotta keep your daughter happy so... fish fingers, cheap and easy.
Fresh Veg adds to any meal and if you don't manage to use it all before it pasts its best throw it into a pan with some water and barley seed and make a veg soup.
£50 isn't that small a budget if you shop properly.
Stay away from m&s.. Happy eating

Pasta is always a good base for any meal. It's filling and if you add pesto it makes it less bland. try adding vegetables and tuna for a complete meal.
Baked potatoes are a cheap alternative to this.
Omelette's with salads make a cheap and healthy meal and you can improvise by cooking almost anything you want to add before you put the eggs in.
Try making stir Fry's, watch the fat you add though as most vegetables can be "dry fired". This is a quick and easy meal, the secret lies in the timing. At what point do you add each ingredient etc.
£50 sounds like a reasonable amount to spend on food.
Avoid McDonald's at all costs.
Hope this helps.

Buy a shank ham, a couple of whole chickens, and a few tins of fish (salmon and tuna) water packed of course.
Then buy a couple bags of dry beans, split peas and pasta.
A couple dozen eggs and bread. With what you have left fill in with fresh or canned vegetables and fruit. You will also need a couple loaves of bread.
The ham because it is reasonably priced, can be used for omelets, sandwiches, casseroles, soups and beans in small quantities. Fresh vegetables and fruits are in season and should be reasonably priced. If not, find a farm near by and make friends with the farmer's wife. Eggs can be used for omelets, sandwiches and casseroles. Cook the beans and dry peas with some of the ham or the bone from the shank. Fry bake or boil the chicken and use the fish for sandwiches. Make salmon patties or loaf for a good meal.
This should do you quite nicely for a full week.

Go to the frozen food section and look for the meals in a box thingys. LIke healthy choice and stuff. They have pastas and roast and stirfrys. Different brands are also good and they take about 5-10 mins to heat up the mircrowave and only cost about5-10 dollars.
And they taste goood! =D

Face is the area that concerns via fact that's the area you especially ought to handle all day- an huge-unfold physique could suffice. I seem to rejoice with a good physique too, yet especially in a "yeah i could shag her" kinda way. Face continues to be what particularly counts once you're questioning of a few thing intense. besides the undeniable fact that, a under huge-unfold physique is by no ability good. One's defecit is made up for by making use of character at that factor. An unattractive physique could be somebody who's fairly out of shape, disproportionate, has undesirable pores and skin, etc. i don't provide intense precedence to boobs or butts, besides the undeniable fact that the two or the two are good (ideally the latter in my own opinion lol)

Pasta is really good, you can buy massive bags of the dried stuff for next to nothing, and go for Aldi, Lidl or Tesco's own pasta sauce (they are all made by the big companies so the quality is really good) Use local greengrocers for fruit and veg as they are usually cheaper. Don't shop when you're hungry as you buy more!!

Have breakfast for supper, like omelets or eggs fixed in other ways (fried, scrambled, poached)...tuna dishes are good, nutritional, and inexpensive (like tuna-noodle casserole...recipe should be easy to find online - uses creamed mushroom soup, noodles, and peas)...homemade soup goes a long way and equals only pennies a day (my family loves hamburger soup and you can throw all kinds of good stuff into it, including pasta which helps fill you up)...lentils are also good, healthy, cheap and filling.

Hi, I think the most filling meals usually have pasta, rice or potato in and all of these are very cheap. If you buy cheese, broccoli, chicken, mushrooms, tinned tuna and cauliflower, you can make several tasty meals...............
Tuna jackets,
Cauliflower cheese and broccoli,
Chicken and mushroom pasta bake to name a few............
Plenty of fruit and some cheap yoghurts for pudding.
Hope this helps.

With the money buy in
A chicken.
A very large bag of potatoes.
Plenty of eggs.
A couple of large blocks of cheese
Tomatoes
Baked Beans
Bread.
Pasta
Carrots
Onions
With just those ingredients you could have a roast dinner one day, with mash potatoes and vegetables, and you could use any leftover chicken for sandwiches.
Baked potatoes another day, you could have it with cheese and beans, or cheese , onoin and tomatoes.
Egg and chips.
Omlettes.
Scrambled eggs on toast.
Cheese on toast.
You could make your own Macaroni Cheese.
