I have tried dieting but dats not helping...so suggest some good and easy exercise!!!

go for a morning walk, jog everyday...start slowly by walking for 15 minutes everyday for a week..then the second week walk 30 minutes everyday...this will surely help.

Dieting is absolutely the best way to ensure you'll gain weight, especially the fad diets like Atkins, The Cabbage Soup Diet and all the other nonsense out there. The answer isn't found in a pill or diet drink, either. Forget diets and start thinking healthy lifestyle. Eat several small, nutritious meals during the day and exercise 4 to 7 days per week. A combination of weight training and aerobic works well.

Walking's good, if you're not used to more intensive exercise. Start small, by taking brisk 20 minute walks on flat terrain every day. Then work up to some equally brisk hill-climbs, and start doing longer walks on weekends.

Swimming is another good, low-impact way to get into an exercise regime.

Try aerobics too, or some energetic yoga.

Brisk walking for 1 hr everyday is the best exercise I can suggest., and ofcourse there is no other excercise easier than that to lose weight.

local exercises are the best for diet, try also to eat every day three meals that after them u won't be hungry and that way u won't look to eat other things that can make people fat as cookies, cakes, chocolate, candies... eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and try to eat diet /light things

You will haveto do exercise of tongue control first. Have a fresh healthy food and avoid spicy, fatty, stimulous, stale foods. Add some salads and sprouts to your meals. Use fruits for breakfast and juices for mid - eating.
