Not easy to get rid of, but easy to SEE differently :

stretchmarks - evidence of womanhood, and having brought children into the world
Bags under eyes - a sign that you're packing lots into your life
fat - evidence of a love of food and being lucky to have some
sore knees - evidence that you deserve a rest
food cravings - a sign that you love food!

Or you could diet, do lots of exercise, resist cravings and ...be miserable!!

Stretchmarks--cocoa butter.
Bags under the eyes--wet tea bags or Preparation H.
Fat--exercise.
Sore knees--If it's the skin, then Eucerine cream. If the joints ache, use an anti-inflammatory such as Advil.
Food cravings--when you crave something, it's your body's way of telling you it's deficient. Make sure you are getting your daily allowances of fruit, vegetables, meat, dairy and fats.

1. Dermactin-TS, can purchase at local drugstore/or online.
2. Preperation-H, sounds grose, but it is used to reduce swelling and that is exactly what the bags are under eyes. I just use the walmart brand myself , and use the cream not the ointment,its not so greasy.
3. Get a rowing machine, its the best workout ever. You get the arms , legs, back, abbs, thighs, butt and cardio all in one, plus it is a NO impact work out . This means that it is good for your joints as well. ( jogging or running are both horribe for your entire body all the jarring to you joints each step you take compresses your spine, breaks down your joints such as knees, ankles, hip why do you think that there is such a huge industry for RUNNING shoes? cuz they need the support!!!) Being a massage therapist i feel sorry for these people for when they age ,if they dont get hit by a car or die of lung cancer due to jogging/running during or just after rush hr. so they breath in the heavy smog from car/truck exaust, and they dont smoke but wonder why they are always coughing cuz they run every day after work and they should be getting a good cardio workout, GET A CLUE!( Oh sorry!!!! )work slowly work up to 1 hr per day< gotta add to the peeve>It'll probly be a smoker that runns 'em over due to reaching down to light the damn cigareete.
4. Depending on what th esore knees are from i would need more info, but one that does work for my patients is, take leaves of a cabbage and bruise them ( get a fork or meat tenderizer and just lightly crush the leaf) keeping it in one whole piece. wrap it around your knees with saran wrap and leave it there as long as your able to . just sit and read a book or do it at night while sleeping.
5. Drink hot fluids, preferably with cayene pepper in it. such as, soup broth you know the little cubes or crystals of chicken or beef it makes you feel like you've had a hot meal and your tummy feels full all the while your increasing your water intake its all around a good thing just be sure not to use to much flavoring due to sodium (think balance). By the way the cayene is not only good for you its increases your circulation, and matabolism, so you burn calories faster, WARNING do not take cayene in the capsul form they sell them at the health food stores and to your body it is like a freakin bomb just went off in your tummy, if its hot to you just slowly get used to it by adding a little at a time.

Also if you give me more info on the knees i can help more, what kind of soreness is it dull ache/ sharp shooting pain, do they hurt worse am/pm, when you do certain activities?

strechmarks - lotions will do...
bags under the eyes - cucumber every night (cold ones)
fat - right diet .. do it slowly , reduce carbo and softdrinks and sugars - coz this will keep you from craving for more...have some exercise...balance meals...and plenty of water.. average of 3 litters a day..to clean your inside....

food cravings - see above, plus eat a complete meal at a right time... COMPLETE but lessen it slowly...

bags - place cucumber slices, tea bags, anything cold on them
fat - exercise a bit more. focus on a certain area, maybe
sore knees - massage oils into them + panadol if its bad
food cravings - depends ont he craving. substitute it with soemthing else - like a hobby, etc. ???
have no idea if this will help, but i did my best!!!!
