Financial aid/scholarship for international students?

I have Bachelor in political science and law but I have been working as web developer for couple of years now, I'm so passionate about it and now I decided to go further in it and get another bachelor degree in Computer science and later master in software engineering.

any idea how to get financial aid or a scholarship for my case?
