A lass i really like, we always look at each other.Last nite she smiled,i smiled back but didnt approach her.If someone really likes the look of you will be patient until you have the 'minerals' to approach her? Or vice versa?

Sure it wont be the last time you see her. Next time you expect to see her, and you make eye contact, take a deep breath, walk over, and just say hi. Something like, ' I normaly wouldn't do anythign like this but how do you fancy going for a meal /drink Friday'? No messing, gets ot the point, and is quick and painless should you have read the situation wrong. Worst case scenario, she says no, just be pleasant, smile, and don't be embarrassed. How can you know what sweet success tastes liek if you've never tasted a bitter flop?

Well, you have not lost your chance, no, not at all. You should wait until you are certain and confident to apporach her--of course, people change and there is the danger that she will change by the time you've mustered up the courage.
In my opinion, you should take the initiative here. Take the time and reflect carefully on this, be confident in yourself. Approach her as a friend and just take it easy from there. When you are ready to confess more than friendly feelings you'll know--and by getting to know her as a friend you'll be able to decide how genuine these feelings are.

I'm not sure i understand the question, whats the minerals to approach her? I think if you like a girl that smiles at you then she is giving you the green light and she is waiting for you to make your move, shes probably at home talking to her friends asking them what she should do, she probably thinks you are not interested in her and that she is imagining it so just go for it...worse case scenario she doesn't feel the same but you totally flatter her...but i don't think that will happen...good luck!

Smiles are good, but you gotta chat to her at some point, next time walk past say Hi, if she responds, smile and continue walking. then go back a while later and try starting a conversation (about current song being played), then offer to buy her a drink.
if it don't work don't worry, try again later, or better yet, look for another lady. i used to chat n chat to any lady, knocked back 19 out of 20 times, but the 20th was always worth all the effort.

Easy, boy I wish I knew all this stuff when i was young. This is what you do. 1. DONT SHOW OFF, she will think your a jurk.
2. Go over to her and just Say "Hi" how you doing ?
3, ask her about herself.
4. dont tell her your lifes story, she will fullasleep.
5. smell good, Have a wash. Trust me.!!!!
6. Take a chance, theres no prize for 2nd place, I know it anit easy but you may supprise yourself, and if YOU dont some one else WILL.

I`vie always been the shy type and every time I approached a girl I would know what to say have it all mapped out in my head and when it came down to the talking bit I would freeze up and everything I knew would then fly right out of my head. So I completely sympathise mate

Naw you haven't missed your chance, but just start next time by smiling and saying hello, just be polite and by doing this simple thing she will know you have noticed her. The fact she smiled back means something, you never know she may want you to talk to her, you won't know until you try. Just be yourself and don't try to impress, do this slowly and just maybe adding a "how you doing" or "hows your day" the next time etc.
Am with someone now and it took me a couple of months to actually make it known properly that I liked her, thing was she liked me too anyway! So just remember if someone is nice they are worth waiting for, but they ain't going to wait if they have no idea that you like them!!

If you really got game.. talk to her within 3 seconds of seeing her the very first time.
what are the minerals? like the stuff found in multi-vitamins? those are pretty healthy stuff. I take em everyday.
I think you mean materials. Just think about being her friend and having a great time. Try to think of ways to create attraction..

Well one things for sure - you'll have to speak to her at some point if you want to have any kind of relationship with her. Wait till you have the nerve, but don't leave it too long or you really will have missed your chance.
Also, remember - the worse that can happen is that she will say "no thanks," which sounds unlikely! Good luck!
