72 hour law DOES NOT apply to car sales of any kind!!!!!!!!!
UNLESS.... the sale of the vehicle was conducted at YOUR home or YOUR place of business (ie, high pressure seller comes to you & you buy just to get rid of them)

There is no cooling-off period for ANY car sales.

It's a commonly heald misconception that dealer sales have a cooling off period. This is simply not true. And of course there is none for private sales either.

ditto, as they say Sold as is vs dealers in most states must state in the sale you have 3 days to return
