Methods on abstracting enzyme from papaya?

I would like to learn how to abstract the enzymes from the papaya fruit? I am studying about herbs & spices.

you can't, you can only extract them.

You would virtually need to go to college to learn biology to do that. You would have to learn to localize the element at a microbiological level to extract it.
