I think it's Spanish bcoz I'm a Filipino. I can't find it's meaning.

I think you are right: Navero is probably a Spanish name.
As you may now, surnames are frequently the name of the a family place of origin. There is a village in central Spain, Avila province, named LAS NAVAS DEL MARQUES, and its inhabitants are called NAVEROS (those from NAVAS). NAVAS is the name given to vast planes surrounded by mountains.

It does sound like a Spanish name, somewhat equivalent to the English name 'Fields'.
