If hes a tantrum thrower then he may not be a very good boyfriend and if you only like him 40%of the time then you probably won't stick him around you the whole time like a boyfriend would....my advice would be to stop thinking about him and move on to someone you are sure about!

If you're not sure, you're only hurting yourself by prolonging the inevitable. If he's insulting and has tantrums maybe he's no good.
Try and tell him how you feel, if he wants to work at it and try to make things better, then you could give it another go. On the other hand if he has a tantrum like a kid you'll know what to do!

Follow your instincts - thats why we have them. If he doesn't seem right then he isn't! These are the early days when everything is supposed to be lovely. If there are bad bits now they can only get worse. Just follow your instincts and dont get tied down to this one. You can still be friends and see him occasionally just to see how things go, but why would anyone want to be with someone who throws insults? You are worth better than him...Good luck...

Why have you reduced your life to stressing over some guy that you like LESS than 50% of the time? There are guys all over the place. Go out and mingle. Why allow ONE guy occupy this much time, thought and emotion? You just "like" him 40% of the time, and he is verbally abusive and acts like a child the rest. What are holding on to?

40% is that really worth all the childish behaviour and tantrums?? Get out and remember once you do, you are then one step closer to finding the one you are meant to be with. GL X

Get rid of this loser, he has no right in life to throw insults at you. if he loved or had strong feelings for you he will treat you like a princess and shower you with complients, love & little gifts x

I am an old git so i can answer this easy. Dump him. There are much better people to love, who will respect you. It is better to love a person who you like, and likes you. They should be your best Friend as well as your lover. Young guys are not mature enough to control their emotion's, they get jealous and possessive easily and are not articulate enough to express them self's. So best advise is to dump him stay well away from where he hangs out and be selective with boys.
I hope this helps Nick.

I think you should cut all ties with this guy. You would probably have a hard time dealing with his behavior and speech constantly.
I dont think you guys are good together.
