No need to copy.
Just click on "Forward" icon & send typing destination email address.

Also you can save the Email & send as an attachement.

if using outlook go to insert - item then select email that you want to send from location eg inbox and it will send the email received as an attachment. Otherwise open the message you want to send and click the forward button and it will be forwarded within the email body rather than as an attachment.

There is no need to copy your email.
To forward it, you just open your mail and just press Forward button up or below the mail.
Insert the address of your friends and click on sent.

open the mail, and then there r a few ways of doing it.

1) once the mail is open copy it by selecting the mail and ctrl+c for copy and then u can send it to some one by pasting it to another mail.

2)you can just click forward and type in the mail address of the person u want to send the mail.

select the checkbox associated with that mail
select option named forward..in actions
then compose page will comes up with that email
type the receipent's email id in "TO" field and click send button
