i am having rotis made of wheat and having onions(raitas ) for the side dish is it good for dieting.tellme.what kind of thing is loaded in onions.tellme please

You're not supposed to eat many onions on a low carb diet. They have sugar in them. Substitute cauliflower, broccoli, any salad greens. Don't use croutons or fruit. Use some nuts if you want. I'm not sure what rotis is but if it's made with flour, that's also a no no.
